150 Mph Winds Hit Cruise Ship

Cruise Passengers Describe Night of Terror

Hurricane Winds Caused Rough Seas

Passengers Share Stories of Fear

Passengers aboard a cruise ship in the Pacific Ocean have described a terrifying night as their vessel was battered by hurricane-force winds. The ship, which was on a coastal cruise, was caught in the storm as it moved up the coast.

Passengers reported being thrown from their beds and furniture as the ship pitched and rolled violently. Some said they feared for their lives as the ship creaked and groaned under the strain of the storm. The captain of the ship eventually made the decision to turn around and head back to port, but the journey back was just as rough as the night before.

One passenger, Sarah Jones, said she was so scared she thought she was going to die. "I've never experienced anything like it," she said. "The ship was shaking so violently, I thought it was going to break apart."

Another passenger, John Smith, said he was amazed that the ship didn't capsize. "The waves were crashing over the deck and the wind was howling," he said. "It was a miracle that we made it back to port."

The cruise ship company has apologized for the passengers' ordeal and said it is reviewing its safety procedures. The company said it will be providing refunds to all passengers who were on the cruise.
