Possible Drowning in Edmond Draws Emergency Response
Emergency crews were called to the scene of a possible drowning in Edmond on Saturday.

The incident occurred at a private residence in the 1000 block of North Boulevard. Police and fire crews responded to the scene around 5:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a person who had fallen into a pool.
The victim, a 2-year-old boy, was reportedly playing in the pool when he slipped and fell in. His mother pulled him out of the water and began CPR. Emergency crews arrived and took over life-saving efforts, but the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. No further details have been released at this time.
