Rockies keep rolling to fifth win in six games

Colorado's bats continue to come alive

The Colorado Rockies continued their hot streak on Saturday night, defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks 7-4 to earn their fifth win in their last six games. The Rockies' offense was led by Charlie Blackmon, who went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, and Ryan McMahon, who drove in two runs with a single in the fifth inning.

Rockies' pitching staff comes up big

Rockies' starting pitcher Antonio Senzatela allowed three runs on six hits over five innings of work. He struck out five batters and walked two. The bullpen was strong in relief, with Carlos Estevez, Tyler Kinley, and Daniel Bard combining to allow just one run over the final four innings. Bard earned his fourth save of the season.

Rockies now 5-1 in their last six games

With the win, the Rockies are now 5-1 in their last six games and 10-10 overall. They are currently in second place in the NL West, one game behind the Los Angeles Dodgers.
